2024 Annual Meeting Schedule & Map

The Robert E. Gaylord Orthodontic Alumni Association welcomes you to our Annual Meeting

When:  Friday, June 21 - Saturday, June 22, 2024

Where: Margaritaville Lake Resort - Lake Conroe

Friday afternoon will be our annual golf tournament with tee times starting at 1pm. 

If golf isn’t your thing, hang out by the pool, float the lazy river, or if you’re feeling really adventurous, rent a boat to take out on Lake Conroe!

Friday night will be our cocktail party where alumni and sponsors will have the opportunity to mingle, eat, drink, and is included with registration. 

Saturday night is our alumni banquet and we would love for you to join us!  This is a great conclusion to the end of our meeting with our alumni and their families in attendance.  This event will be held at the Boathouse Bar & Lounge. There will be live music, activities for kids, and you can try your hand at the indoor sports simulator!
